What do we need for team check-in?

Players from MN and other states do NOT need to bring their birth certificates.  Please bring your tournament book and coaches certification card.  Due to privacy, we no longer require teams to show the consent to treat.  However, all players must have a consent to treat form completed and in the coaches possession in case of a medical emergency.

Canadian teams will need a travel permit from CAHA for check-in at tournament.

When do you need our roster and where do we send it?

We will need your roster and team picture by December 1 in order to get the program to press on time.  Please send team picture via email, high-resolution jpeg or tiff, to pbihtchair@gmail.com and copy tourney@paulbunyanhockey.com.

When will we get the schedule for the tournament and other information about the weekend?

We will make every effort to have the schedule available on-line a month prior to the tournament.  The contact person listed on the registration will be e-mailed information about the weekend, so make sure this address is correct!  It can then be forwarded to the team.
